Inca Land Farms The mango comes from a fruit plant that belongs to the family of the Anacardiaceas, native to Asia; these plants grow mainly in the tropics.

The Peruvian mango occurs mainly in North coast of Peru, in the departments of Piura, Lambayeque and La Libertad.

The Peruvian mango is known as the best of all, since it occurs in a dry environment like the tropics. The fruit has a better colour, more total solids, more sweetness and less turpentine in the peel, which gives the mango a more pleasant taste.

Production areas:

Piura, Lambayeque, Lima, Ancash and La Libertad.

The Mango is rich in vitamin A, C and E, antioxidant action. Minerals such as Potassium, selenium, and small amounts of magnesium, calcium, iodine, Zinc, and iron. It also contains organic acids and flavonoids.
